Providing feedback and training to front-end staff in the insurance and eligibility verification process helping get more complete demographic and insurance information

Analyzing coding issues by provider and putting in place corrective measures to prevent re-occurrence of those issues

Automating processes, wherever possible. For instance, for one of our clients, we re-engineered the Edits process (previously worked off printed copies) that resulted in sorting by insurance code and updating guarantor information automatically. This reduced process time from 90 minutes per practice to 20 minutes per practice and also resulted in submission of clean claims.
